1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Trisha Digital Solutions ("Agency", "We", "Us", or "Our"), located at NH 46 AIRPORT ROAD BHOPAL MP, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all interactions, service agreements, and digital engagements between the client and our agency.
2. Services & Deliverables
The Agency provides a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Technical Audits
- Social Media Management & Strategy
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Social Advertising
- Bespoke Web Development & UI/UX Design
- Growth Analytics & Data Interpretation
3. Communication Consent
By engaging with our platform and providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive multi-channel communications from us. This includes:
Consent can be withdrawn at any time via written request, though some service-related notifications are mandatory for active projects.
4. Professional Fees & Payments
All service fees are quoted in advance. We operate on a milestone-based payment structure. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% commencement fee is required for all new projects. Late payments exceeding 15 days may incur a 2% monthly service charge.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, the Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform updates, algorithm changes, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., Google, Meta). Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
